Kinefis is a Spanish physiotherapy equipment distributor's own brand.
Before you equip or restock your practice, knowing who is behind a brand helps you understand what you are buying, how stable the range is and who you deal with if something goes wrong.
Who is behind Kinefis?
Behind it is Fisaude, which selects and markets the range under its own brand. The manufacturer behind each part of the range is not consistently disclosed. For the cosmetics, Iuvenor Lab, a laboratory in O Carballiño (Ourense), publicly lists "Kinefis Crema" among its ‘Cosmética de Autor’ projects for Fisaude.1
The current public sources reviewed do not allow us to attribute every Kinefis cosmetic product sold today to Iuvenor, nor do they link Iuvenor to Kinefis equipment.
What products does Kinefis offer?
For a physiotherapy practice, the range can be summarised in five main blocks.
- Clinical furniture. Includes treatment couches and stools for the practice. This block is designed to kit out the treatment room. Within it you will find the Two-Section Electric Treatment Couch.
- Dermocosmetics and aesthetics. This block brings together creams, gels and oils for professional use. It includes heat, cold and conductive products, plus a CBD line. It is designed for clinical and treatment room use.
- Podiatry. Brings together foot care products. It is a specific block, separate from general practice equipment.
- Fitness and Pilates. Groups equipment for rehabilitation and conditioning. It differs from clinical furniture because it is oriented towards movement. It suits gyms, Pilates studios and practices with rehabilitation and conditioning services.
- Disposables, electrodes and consumables. This covers routine practice restocking. It includes the 5 × 5 cm snap adhesive electrodes that we also stock.
Among the Kinefis couch ranges are Supreme, Quality, Elite and Opportunity, only as range names, and Fisaude states that some of these are made in Spain.2
What creams and gels does Kinefis offer?
Kinefis cosmetics fall into massage creams, heat and cold products, and conductive products for use with equipment. We describe them using the information stated on their product pages.
Kinefis Evolution Profesional
Fisaude markets Kinefis Evolution Profesional as a professional massage cream. It comes in a 200 ml format. The product page states plant active ingredients such as arnica, calendula, chamomile, rosemary, lavender, sweet orange, jojoba, grape and sweet almond.3
Kinefis K-Silver Heat Cream
Kinefis K-Silver Heat Cream is available in 100 ml and 500 ml formats. The product page lists plant extracts of chamomile, centella, fucus, arnica and melissa, plus essential oils of orange, rosemary, clove and camphor. The product page describes it as providing a thermal effect that conditions and comforts the skin in the application area.3
Kinefis Intense Cold Gel
Kinefis Intense Cold Gel comes in a 500 ml format. The product page lists menthol, camphor, wintergreen and peppermint among its ingredients. It is the cold product in the range.3
Kinefis Kinesonic
Kinefis Kinesonic is a conductive gel for ultrasound and electrotherapy. For electrotherapy, see electrotherapy in physiotherapy, types and uses. We stock it as the Kinefis Ultrasound Gel Kinesonic 5kg + 500ml.3
Kinefis Diaterm Care
Kinefis Diaterm Care is a conductive cream for diathermy or tecar therapy. Its product page describes it as a conductive cream with cosmetic active ingredients that condition the skin, without parabens or phenoxyethanol. We stock the 5 kg format.3
Other cosmetic products
The cream range also includes Intensive Profesional, Cirkalia, Sport Balm, Hidrafeet and a CBD line, but this article does not go into them.3
Are they cosmetics or medical devices?
The product pages we reviewed for several Kinefis creams present them as professional cosmetics and publish INCI lists with fragrance allergens such as limonene, linalool or citral. For the Kinesonic and Diaterm Care conductive products, the product pages describe their use alongside electrotherapy, ultrasound or diathermy equipment. The absence of a visible classification or CE marking on a shop product page does not settle regulatory status. If that classification matters for your purchase or your protocol, check the labelling and the manufacturer's or distributor's documentation.3

The Kinefis Neutral Massage Cream (5 + 1 Litres) is convenient for long manual treatment sessions, and the Kinefis SNAP/CLIP Adhesive Electrodes 5x5 cm (4-Pack) are a replacement format for electrotherapy. For TENS, see TENS for pain relief, how it works and how to use it. To complete the initial equipment for a practice, review essential equipment for opening a physiotherapy clinic.
The Kinefis collection is where you will find the live listing with current availability and price. The treatment couches and electrodes also have their own electromedicine collection.
What kind of practice does Kinefis suit?
The breadth of the Kinefis range lets you concentrate consumables and some of the routine practice equipment under one brand.
Kinefis is not a good fit if your protocol demands a specific classification and you have not checked it in the documentation, or if you need a product we do not stock. In those cases, the product page and the product classification are what matter, not the brand.
