Collection: Recovery

Muscle recovery equipment for the work between sessions and between training loads.

By percussion, the massage guns: the Hyperice Hypervolt 2.0 Pro at professional level and a more accessible percussion model for home use or as a second unit. They serve deep tissue work and myofascial release, in clinic as preparation or prescribed to the patient.

By compression, the Air Relax PRO 4.0 system, with sequential pneumatic compression in boots, 14 pressure levels and four modes, aimed at venous and lymphatic return after effort.

By heat and light, the infrared sauna blanket and the cordless red light knee wrap with 60 LEDs, for local knee work in clinic or at home. The Hammerz massager applies localised neuromuscular vibration. The hydrogel dressings complete the range, protecting friction points during a return to activity.

None of these replaces training or hands-on treatment. Their job is to shorten the gap between one load and the next, and to hold on between sessions to part of what was achieved on the couch.
