Refund policy

1. Your Right to Change Your Mind

You have the right to return your order if you change your mind. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the package to do so, without needing to provide any explanation.

Remember: you only need to send it before the 14-day period ends.

2. How to Return Products

You must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us. The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

You are responsible for the cost of returning the order.

4. When and How You Will Receive Your Refund

We will refund the amount you paid, including any standard shipping costs (if applicable), but not any additional costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard option.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to return the order. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.

We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you request otherwise.

5. When You Cannot Return Your Purchase

You cannot return the following products:

  • Products made to order or customized for you.
  • Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  • Other cases as provided by law.

6. Legal Warranty

Remember that all new products carry a minimum legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current regulations in Spain.
