Shipping policy
1. Delivery Times
We ship to Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal (Mainland), France, Italy, Andorra, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, as well as to the rest of the European Union and the United Kingdom.
The estimated delivery time for shipments within Mainland Spain is approximately 2 business days from order confirmation, provided that the product is available in stock and that no exceptional logistical issues beyond our control arise.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the order volume, the selected shipping method, or exceptional circumstances such as public holidays, unforeseen events, or customs procedures applicable to shipments outside the customs or fiscal territory of the European Union, including, among others, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights and the applicable national legislation, if delivery is delayed by more than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the destination country, the weight of the order and the selected shipping method.
The exact amount of the shipping costs is clearly displayed before the purchase is finalised, allowing the customer to review them before confirming the order.
Any additional charges arising from customs duties, local taxes or administrative fees applicable in the destination country or territory — particularly in areas outside the EU VAT or customs regime — shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
3. Free Shipping
Shipping is free for orders shipped to Spain and Portugal with a minimum order value of €99.
For shipments to other countries, free shipping applies to orders with a value exceeding €129.
4. Minimum Order Value
No minimum order value applies to orders shipped to Spain and Portugal.
For shipments to other countries, a minimum order value of €69 applies.
5. Delivery Conditions
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is complete, accurate and accessible.
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer — such as absence at the delivery address, incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of the parcel or similar circumstances — we may, depending on the situation, arrange a new delivery attempt at the customer’s expense or cancel the order. In the latter case, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping, return and handling costs actually incurred.
6. Order Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and tracking information, enabling them to check the delivery status at any time.
7. Undelivered or Returned Products
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to our facilities, we will contact the customer to arrange either a new delivery or the cancellation of the order.
In the event of a new delivery, any additional shipping and return costs shall be borne by the customer.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order following its return, the refund will cover the order amount, less the shipping and return costs incurred.
8. Shipping and Liability
In accordance with applicable legislation, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the customer at the moment when the customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
At the time of delivery, the customer is advised to inspect the parcel. If visible damage to the packaging or missing items are detected, the customer is encouraged to notify the carrier and inform us as soon as possible in order to facilitate the handling of the claim. This recommendation does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in any way.
In the event of loss or damage occurring during transport, we will assume responsibility in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, provided that the incident is reported within a reasonable period following delivery or the attempted delivery.
9. Changes to the Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to amend this shipping policy at any time in order to reflect legal, operational or commercial changes. The version applicable shall be the one published on the website at the time the order is placed.
