1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the European Union.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for shipments within Spain and Portugal is approximately 2 business days from the time we confirm your order. If the product is out of stock, delivery may take up to 4 business days. For other destinations, delivery times depend on the country, shipping method, and possible exceptional circumstances such as holidays or customs procedures.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method. You will see the exact amount before completing your order. If there are any additional customs duties or local taxes, they will be at your expense.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free for orders to Spain and Portugal from €99. For other countries, free shipping is available for orders over €129.
5. Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for orders from Spain and Portugal. For orders from other countries, a minimum order value of €69 applies.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can check the delivery status.
7. What happens if I’m not home when the order arrives or if it cannot be delivered?
If we are unable to deliver your order due to reasons such as absence at the address or incorrect information, we may attempt delivery again, but any additional costs will be at your expense. If you prefer to cancel the order after it has been returned, we will refund the amount paid, minus the shipping and return costs.
8. What should I do if the order arrives damaged?
If the package shows visible damage, you should inform the delivery carrier before signing for the package and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
9. What should I do if I want to return a product?

10. How do I return products?
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of the return. 11. When will I receive my refund?

You cannot return customized products, products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, sealed products that you have unsealed for hygiene or health reasons, products that are inseparably mixed with others, or in other cases provided by law.

All new products have a minimum legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects.
